We accept exchanges for size or another product, or can offer a credit note for future use. To initiate an exchange, email support@cottoncurio.com and courier the item to: Cotton Curio, 3 Achrol House, Jacob Road, Civil Lines, Jaipur – Rajasthan, India 302006.
You may request a reverse pickup; Rs. 190 will be deducted, and a credit note will be issued for the remaining amount. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. Please clearly mention your full name and mobile number on the package. Sale and custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping
We ship across India with standard delivery timelines of 5–8 working days from the date of order. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email or Whatsapp.
Shipping charges, if any, are mentioned at checkout and are non-refundable. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select orders, subject to availability.
