Exchange

Our policy lasts 3 days. The exchange request should be placed within 3 days of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since the delivery time, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. But please reach out to our team at support@cottoncurio.com

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging, invoices, and price tags.

Let us know if you require a reverse pickup, and we'll arrange it for you. Upon return, we will issue a credit note deducting Rs. 190 against reverse pickup from the total paid amount, which can be utilized for future orders. Shipping and COD charges are Non-Refundable.

Kindly note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.

The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location. For a smoother process, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or opting for shipping insurance. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Credit Note:

Please be advised that while we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds, we understand that there may be situations where the specific item you require is currently out of stock. In such cases, we will be happy to offer a credit note in the form of a discount code that can be used towards future purchases.

This credit note will serve as a voucher and can be redeemed by applying the provided discount code during the checkout process. It will enable you to enjoy a discount on your next purchase with us once the desired item is back in stock.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns and make refunds if you do not like any product, we can only either exchange or give credit note against it.
